They say that communication is a lost art. LAB22 says that if used correctly it surely is an art and with the correct tools it need not be lost.
The Bulk E-Mail module provides an easy, inexpensive and paper free (green) way of communicating with your clients who have agreed that you may send them e-mail. All emails that are sent out via the system include a non-optional disclaimer and unsubscribe link. This is not a spamming system! Misusing this system may result in you email address or domain being blocked.
1. Manage Subscribers (read more)
- Add - New subscribers are added to the mail list either by a subscription form on your website or manually by logging into the administration section of Bulk E-Mail System.
- As part of adding the new user you can enter his/her name, surname, email as well as other customized information. You can then also add the user to one or more of the separate mail list groups available.
- Users have the ability to delete themselves from the mailing list. Subscribers can also be deleted or made inactive by the Administrator. All user information can be edited at any time.
2. Manage Newsletters (read more)
- In the Groups and Documents section of the mail list, the content of the various mail list groups can be managed as separate html files. Each file opens in a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) html editor where you can edit the document, upload images if required and then save the html document. You may also develop the html page offline in an html editor of your choice and upload the page. There is also the option to add attachments like MS Word documents or PDF's.
- We can develop html & css templates for the various newsletters in order to ensure that you company’s brand is carried through all marketing material. We can also add links to your website from these templates in order to drive more traffic to your site.

- The mails are sent out 1 at a time and waits after every 15 e-mails. This should prevent the mail from being 'seen' as Bulk mail and possibly being blocked by servers.
- Newsletters can be sent to an entire group or just to one address. (Sending a mail proof to yourself before sending it to an entire group is strongly recommended.)
- When used with our Content Management System, you may specify certain documents on your website which are only made available to your 'subscribers'.
